Each set contains 9 double-sided cards - 1 Title card with details of the information shown on each chakra card and suggested uses for the information, 7 chakra cards (one for each of the main chakras) and 1 ‘About This Set’ card.

The cards are 4×6 and have metalic bronze edging. Utilize the cards as part of your self-care practice or gift them.
