Reiki+
This tailored session is a combination of Reiki, Chakra balancing, crystals and Eden Energy Method. All of these modalities are non-intrusive and gentle forms of energy healing that are administered through a hands on or hands over the body application. Collectively, they weave together ancient wisdom and practices, real-world experiences and insights as well as science, in order to restore balance in your body’s energetic systems and harmonize physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues.
Initial sessions are longer as I spend some time providing some overall education/information on energy and our health, then we go into the session. I also give homework!

Distance Reiki+
This is similar to an in-person Reiki+ session but it is conducted via Zoom. Distance healing, or remote Reiki, can be directed to anyone, anywhere in the world, using the same intention as a local Reiki session. The energy is received immediately, as energy does not require time or distance; it is simply a function of how all life is connected. These sessions will require the recipient to be in a restful place and intending to receive the healing.

Sekhem Energy Healing
Sekhem is a powerful energy healing modality that works on the body, mind, emotions, and spirit, bringing balance and harmony. It is the modern-day version of an ancient form of wisdom taught in the temples of early Egyptian times. It assists you to take responsibility for your life, to heal, to grow both personally and spiritually and so you become more of who you really are. It is a hands-on approach similar to Reiki.

Spinal Flow Technique
The Spinal Flow technique is based on the premise that when we are living a healthy and balanced life, energy, communication and nutrients flow with ease up and down our spine and nervous system. However, deep spinal nerve blockages caused by emotional, physical and chemical stress, stops all of these things from flowing and results in issues with our nervous system and its connection to our spine, organs, nerves, muscles and tissues. Our bodies cannot function properly in this state. Through light touch of the 33 access points of the spine, Spinal Flow relieves people’s pain, symptoms and dis-ease by re-connecting their nervous system to the brain to release spinal blockages and promote greater ease.
The Spinal Flow technique guides the body to move from a sympathetic (fight, flight, freeze) state to a parasympathetic (rest & digest) state, this state activates our innate ability to heal and regenerate.

Marma Chikitsa
Stemming from ancient Ayurvedic medical practices, Marma Chikitsa is a form of energy healing that is administered through light touch and vibration (tuning fork) and aims to stimulate various ‘energy points’ on the body called Marmani. These points are infused with life-force or prana and represent a bridge between the body, mind and soul.
The Marmani are located at anatomical sites where veins, arteries, bones, tendons or joints intersect.
Stimulation of Marma points on the skin allows prana to flow from the surface point through the nādīs (energy pathways) to the target organ or area of need, where it balances prana and assists with detoxification. Stimulation also can release endorphins and neurotransmitters in the brain. This can result in reducing pain levels, calming the mind and enhancing mood and awareness.
It also helps with breaking down crystals of unresolved emotions, which helps to unblock and clear the energy meridians allowing the body, mind and spirit to heal itself.
